With reference to Loan Support, we are involved in:

• Ensuring an independent and best-execution role in the implementation of the contractual documentation; this service is rendered by making available a qualitative portfolio monitoring report
• Checking the perfection of the documentation making up the Security Package and ensuring its compliance with the clauses contained therein
• Gathering, holding, and updating the documents related to the Security Package, coordinating these efforts with the internal areas responsible for the registration and updating of the guarantees within the information system
• Coordinating with clients, notaries, and banks all the activities arising from real property sales, with related restrictions of hypothecation, for financing transactions within a portfolio
